Our registered address is 350 Bloor Street East, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M4W 1H5. By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptable Use. You agree to use our platform and services solely for lawful educational purposes. You shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without prior written consent. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our systems, including introducing viruses or other harmful code.

3. Intellectual Property. All course content, curriculum, trademarks, and proprietary materials are owned by ElevateU or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access materials for personal educational use only. Unauthorized commercial use or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability. ElevateU provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding career outcomes, job placement, or specific financial results. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Financial Commitment. Tuition fees are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period as per Ontario's Career Colleges Act, 2005.
